LDC Conservation and Demand Management Program

The Local Distribution Company (LDC) Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) program is part of the OPA's larger plan to meet its demand reduction targets through conservation activities.

The OPA's portfolio of LDC programs for 2007 to 2010 is consistent with the Integrated Power Supply Plan. To ensure these programs meet the needs of participants, the OPA has consulted extensively with stakeholders, including representatives from LDCs, consumers, environmental and other organizations.
