Local Transmission Transmission proponents will carry out the necessary development work on the transmission projects recommended in the IPSP. Certain of these transmission projects, in addition to meeting the supply mix goals, are aimed at ensuring regional and local area reliability in Windsor-Essex, Central and Downtown Toronto and Milton.
